Southern Smoke Foundation is honored to collaborate with Chef Hui, a group of Hawaii-based cooks and food service providers, to provide emergency relief grants to food and beverage industry workers affected by the Maui fires. Chef Hui’s crew is on the ground producing thousands of meals a day, and to complement their efforts, have selected Southern Smoke Foundation as their collaborator to provide a financial safety net for F+B workers impacted by the fires.

  2. Discovery - the case worker builds the case by collecting supporting documentation
  3. Review - the case is reviewed by the awards committee, representing a diverse selection of industries

Donate to Chef Hui x Southern Smoke Relief Fund

Since Hawaii was devastated by wildfires in mid-August, Southern Smoke Foundation has distributed over $250,000 to over 100 food and beverage industry workers affected in the surrounding area. We have had to slow down our efforts in Hawaii due to a lack of funding and still have over 300 F+B workers who are hoping to receive funding to assist them during this difficult time.

With your support, we can continue to help Hawaii F+B workers get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.
